This notice describes the information this website currently receives when you browse the catalog or contact ArabGold Factory.
Information you submit
The inquiry form can receive your name, company, country, WhatsApp number, email address, message, selected product SKUs, and the page URL from which the form was opened. The server validates and stores an inquiry before reporting success.
Product and attribution events
The site may record product views, add-to-cart actions, shares, and inquiry actions with the SKU, language, page path, and approved UTM source values. These events do not include the inquiry message, email address, or phone number.
WhatsApp and external links
Choosing WhatsApp or another external link leaves this website and is handled by that service under its own terms and privacy practices.
Access and requests
Operational staff with the required account role may access inquiries in the administration area. For a question about an inquiry or a request to review or remove information, use the contact details shown on the Contact page and include the inquiry ID when available.
Changes and limitations
This page describes the current implementation. A fixed retention period, cookie consent flow, and third-party analytics policy are not configured in this release; they must be defined before adding those services or making a different retention promise.
